Take off with the Rich's!: Let's play catch up....

So I'm behind on my blogging because I could not figure out how to get more FREE storage to upload my pictures here; I did not want to pay. I apparently turned something so simple into something very difficult...but I figured it out and now we're back on track!

Before I get started I have to say....it's March...which means my BABY will be 11 months old this month...which means NEXT MONTH my BABYYYYYY will be ONE YEAR OLD!!! Do I have to start calling my BABY a TODDLER now??? nahhhh.....he'll always be my BABY!!!!

Anyways...

I left off at our first snow in Texarkana Jan 9th. So here is an update from then til now. (There's probably a lot missing, but that's what I get for getting behind, I'll be better now!)

I noticed I skipped this date, January 8th...we went out for Alaina's 31st birthday.

January 10th....snow is still here. Today was better for Wylan to be outside for longer than a second because the wind had stopped and the snow wasn't falling anymore either. Here are some pics from that day:

The funny thing about this picture is when I went to sit him down on his mat, I didn't realize how deep it was and how much snow we had actually gotten so he sank down...he didn't expect that at all and neither did I..he was not happy about it...but after he realized he wasn't going anywhere he was fine and just looked around.

Also today on Januray 10th, I can't forget to document this day....WYLAN IS 9 MONTHS OLD!!! Wylan is now slowly learning to pull himself up....still no crawling, but like I've said before, I think he'll skip that and go straight to walking, he just doesn't care a thing about it.

January 11th- Wylan checking on the puppies (Abby & Maggie)....one of his favorite places to be...this door, smiling and laughing at them. He'll stand for a little while before falling backwards knowing Mommy's behind him.

January 13th- Snow is STILL on the ground! So I had to get a picture of Maggie & Abby playing in it too!

January 14th- Wylan and I went to Atlanta to take my Grandma's couch back to her (we used it as a photo prop for our Christmas Card picture...didn't meant to keep it that long, but we got it back to her at least!) Since we would be in Atlanta I call my Dad to see if he wanted to meet us & Grandma for lunch...and since he could we invited Aunt Laina & Aunt Katey to come too! Here's a few pics from that day.

Had to snap a quick picture before we left for Atlanta. Wylan's Uncle Ryan (Blake's brother) got him this funny Star Wars hat for Christmas.

Such a long day...I love watching him sleep.

January 15th- Gran Gran's house! We went to Marshall with Aunt Laina to drop off some cookies she made for a friend and stopped in Jefferson to visit with Gran Gran. Two days in a row seeing Gran Gran...we love it!

January 17th- Wylan's 9 month check up!

January 18th- Just had to add these 2 pics in for no reason other than I love them...

Another bed time pic...this is how he's started sleeping lately...hiney in the air..most of the time his hand are under his body. I sleep the same way (minus the hiney in the air hehe)

January 20th- Playdate with Miss Lillian....they are 3 months apart.

Story behind Wylan's appearance....so on our way over to Lillian's house, I hear some major grunting in the back of the car...I definitely knew those grunts could mean one thing....oh yeah...not to mention the smell coming with the grunts....so we pull up, I get Wylan out of the car, Meredith answers the door (and remember this is our first playdate) I immediately say, "Hey! Ummmm we had a slight blowout I need to change his diaper pretty fast!" So we go to sweet Lillian's room because Meredith wants us to use her changing table...I peel off his diaper.....YIKES!!! I stop...stare...then pretty much let out a scream...."Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh...." I noticed not only did he have you know what all inside his pants...I saw it on MY ARM! So at this point I know if it's on my arm....it is going to be all over her CREAM colored changing pad! Meredith comes running in, "what's wrong!?" She immediately sees my face and Wylan's face and Wylan's britches and knows what happened....long story short we have to use Lillian's bath tub to get him completely clean....not to mention it's winter and I forgot to put an extra "winter" outfit in Wylan's diaper bag...luckily I at least had SOMETHING...which was just a blue onesie that thank the Lord still fit him. So that was how our first playdate with Lillian went. Other than that first moment, we had a great time! haha.....The funny thing about this is (of course it wasn't as bad as Wylan's mess) but I took Lillian's birth annoucement pictures at our house before Wylan was born. I let Meredith change Lillian on Wylan's changing pad and she did the same thing! Meredith was sweet enough to buy me a new cover although I told her not to! So of course, we laughed when I came over with Lillian's new cover I bought her! Here's a few pics of our sweet kiddos that day:

January 22nd- Dinner with the Carroll's and some play time with the babies!

At some point in Januray we went to Cooper's 1st birthday....and I didn't get any pics!!!! I'm so mad at myself!

January 21st- munchin on some REAL strawberries...he loved this thing at first...not so much anymore, he'd much rather hold the real strawberry itself.

Today we also took a look inside our house being built...this was the very first time Wylan put his feet down on the floor in his new house to go exploring...

January 23rd- About to leave for church! Just took a pic for fun, he looked too cute.

When he smiles like this I see a little of me in him...

January 24th- Wylan's Valentine shoot....Mommy had too much fun as usual...these are pictures I actually ended up not using...I made an arrow and everything! Just didn't turn out how I invisioned, but I did take more pictures later along with a card, but I'll get to that.

Recently he has figured out how to pull him self up...and now he has figured out how to do this in his new bath tub...but look at that cute tush!

This is what I get to see at night...this sweet angel...he has started scooting around in bed...this is his favorite sleep position (I say "favorite" because this is how he usually sleeps these days)...hiney in the air (and usually his hands underneith him, just like his momma sleeps minus the hiney in the air ha)

January 27th- Wylan and I went over to Ashley's for a visit, here are a few fun pics...

January 29th- Playdate in the park!

Gran Gran happend to be in town riding so he swung by to say hi! yayyyyyyy!!!!

We had so much fun in the park we didn't want it to end...so we all went back to Amanda's house for more playtime! Suzy came over with Hannah Grace and Madelyn as well!

Needless to say Wylan was exhausted after this day!

January 31st- YUMMY YUMMY APPLES! Wylan's first bite of a real apple...LOVED IT! But actually, we haven't ran into anything this boy doesn't like...he's such a good eater! Hopefully, he'll stick to his good eating habits and continue to love his fruits and veggies!

Ok so there's JANUARY.....

Now on to FEBRUARY!!!!

February 2nd- ANOTHER snow day!!!

Wylan was sick for a could weeks.....this is what we did on this snow day! Laid around in our footie pajama's hehe! Yep, I put mine on too!

February 3rd- Daddy was sick too....surprised I didn't catch anything...both my boys had it!

Even though Daddy was feeling bad he still got up and went to his morning workout with his workout group (5:15a.m.) When Daddy comes home it's Mommy's turn to work out and it works out because it's Wylan's nap time so Daddy gets to get back in bed and snuggle...this is what I found when I was done with my workout...how cute is this!?

And time for bed...I just love peeking in on him at night...sweet little sleeper.

February 4th- Yep, back in the footie pj's...playing with Abby and Maggie...

He's not sure what to think of them in my lap.

And here is the picture I went with for his Valentine cards. The red couch made his hair look orange and reddish, but I didn't have good light...but it still turned out pretty darn cute!
